Ethiopian TPS Extended

USCIS has extended and redesignated Ethiopia for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) from June 13, 2024, to December 12, 2025. This decision allows current Ethiopian TPS beneficiaries to re-register and retain TPS. Additionally, eligible Ethiopian nationals who arrived in the U.S. on or before April 11, 2024, can apply for TPS. Special Student Relief is also available for F-1 students from Ethiopia, enabling them to work more hours and reduce their course load.
