USCIS

Important Notice: USCIS Fee Increases on April 1st, 2024

As of April 1st, 2024, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will be implementing fee increases for various immigration forms. These fee adjustments could potentially affect the cost of your case filing IF your case has not yet been filed. If your case was already filed, then the fee increases do not affect you.

To ensure that you are not subjected to the increased fees, it is imperative that we receive all necessary documents and information we requested from you by March 15th, 2024. This deadline allows us sufficient time to prepare and file your case before the fee changes take effect. If you are unable to get the requested documents and information to us by this date, we will not be able to guarantee that your case will be filed prior to the April 1st date and you may be required to pay the increased government fees, if applicable in your case.

Thank you for entrusting Jeelani Law Firm with your immigration case. Please reach out to your legal team at Jeelani Law Firm if you have any questions.
