The Biden-Administration has announced various immigration pathway strategies that could help migrants enter the United States and remain in this country permanently. For instant, 30,000 migrants who possess U.S. based financial sponsors and who meet other criteria requirements for permanent residency in the United States will be permitted to enter the country each month from Cuba, Haiti, and Nicaragua. Biden is implementing crucial procedures that will permit for suffering refugees to seek asylum in the United States and escape the humanitarian crises in their home countries. Although the new enforcement will help the lives of numerous immigrants, it will also result in the deportation or other legal consequences for those who fail to abide by the new regulations in place. This is due to increased security at the border in addition to expedited legal pathways. As a consequence of these new instituted rules, the number of nationals trying to enter the country unlawfully may diminish significantly due to severe legal consequences.
