USCIS has announced a final rule to enhance the T Nonimmigrant Visa Program, which aids human trafficking victims. Key improvements include clearer definitions, streamlined reporting and evidentiary requirements, and a simplified adjudication process. These changes aim to reduce barriers for victims, improve program efficiency, and support law enforcement in combating trafficking.
